What counts as a "chat" in the Free plan?
Each individual conversation (private chat, group, or channel) counts as one chat. With the Free plan, you can backup up to 5 different chats completely, or backup unlimited chats but only messages from the last 5 months.
Can I switch between the two Free tier options?
Yes! You can choose which limitation works better for you each time you backup. If you have fewer important chats, use the 5-chat limit. If you have many chats but only need recent history, use the 5-month option.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum). Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Pro or Enterprise, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
Do you store my messages on your servers?
No. All backups are downloaded directly to your device. We never store your message content on our servers, regardless of which plan you're on.
